All of our products are handmade, and the number of days required varies depending on the complexity of the item. Production takes a minimum of 7-10 days. With shipping, the total time for the product to reach you is typically around 21 days. If you are are in urgent need of our nails, please email us for expedited options.

Once the product has been completed and shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you haven't received your tracking number 10 days after your purchase, please email us.

No worries! You can directly update your shipping address in your order. Of course, if you’re feeling unsure, you’re also welcome to email us and we’ll help you make the change!

Due to the customized nature of our products and the difference between press-on nails and other items, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been shipped. Please make sure to confirm your size before placing your order to save time and ensure a smooth experience.

The only exception is that when your order is damaged upon arrival, we will offer you a full refund. You will need to provide us with pictures of the damaged outside box and damaged the nails.

Please make sure to clean your nails with alcohol pad before application. For a stronger hold, you can also use the complimentary nail file to gently buff the surface of your nails and then put on our products. You can also use a hair dryer and blow hot wind on the jelly stickers (when they are already on your hands) before applying the press-on nails. The heat will make the stickers stick to the nails strongly.

We highly recommend bringing extra jelly stickers with you. When your nails fall, you can put them back on immediately. If you lost a couple of your nails, please email us and we may be able to send you replacements (additional fee).
